What hours do you operate?

We don’t stop! We operate 7 days a week, and process your order the same day. You will receive email confirmation of each stage of your order, to keep you in the loop. We believe in bringing back real service!

*Please Note – Shipping Cut-Off for Next Business Day Delivery is 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

How soon do you ship my parts?

Orders are processed almost immediately. Our team works 7 days and we don’t really stop.

For all orders received by 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, you will receive tracking numbers for your shipping most evenings by 8pm . These numbers are allocated by StarTrack, so as soon as we receive them, we add them automatically to your account area and email it through to you for tracking.

Where can I find my tracking number?

As soon as tracking numbers are issued from StarTrack, you will receive an automated email with the details.
Apart from that, you can always check your tracking numbers via our online tracking here : ORDER TRACKING

*Tracking numbers are issued on weeknights only, due to StarTrack operating hours.
Example: If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your tracking number on Monday evening, or earlier, when issued by StarTrack.

Are your stock levels live?

Our stock levels are automatically updated every 3-4 hours and reflect current warehouse availability. *You are not charged until we allocate your stock for shipping.

How can I contact you?

Currently, the most efficient way to get in touch is via our Live Chat built into our website, which operates almost 24hrs where you get so speak with us directly, real people!

Alternatively we can be reached via our email support@itpartsdirect.com.au . Our group email is monitored by our team and we have a 1hr or less response policy, during normal business hours.

Can I request a part that isn't listed on your site?

Absolutely! We have a product line of over 6,800+ parts, but we only list products with over 10+ in stock at our warehouse, at any one time, showing live on our website to ensure our customers do not miss out.

That means, we may very well have that GPU or CPU you are looking for in stock and ready to ship, but just not listed due to the rules we’ve setup for website stock levels.

When will I receive my parts?

If ordered by 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, you should receive your order the following business-day via StarTrack Express Overnight Service, with tracking numbers provided to you by 8pm that evening. (Tracking numbers are issued on weekdays only due to StarTrack working hours)

*For heavier items, you will have the choice at checkout to select a slower freight option to save costs, but most items are default to overnight delivery.

Can I pay via EFT into your bank account?

Yes, of course you can.

It will take approximately 2-days to clear the funds into our account. This is the bank-to-bank process and unfortunately we cannot control this.

As soon as the funds arrive into our account, your order will process immediately.

We recommend using our secure payment gateway at checkout with either Visa or Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards to speed up your delivery and get your parts sooner.
